Coaching Beliefs

  • As a coach, I believe it is important to tell my clients the truth about their current
situation, what let them there, and how we can work collaboratively to bring them out of
the problem. I can only work well with truthful clients who can trust me to discuss the
details of their situation to get the maximum help from my coaching.
  •  As a coach, I diagnose my client’s problems from a spiritual standpoint by tracing their
family history. I love praying for my client’s success and progress in all ramifications.
  •  As a coach, I aim to achieve success in a Speedlight manner as I seek ways of growth for
my client. Coaching for success involves reshaping the future by changing the past. As a
coach, I must set timelines to see my client’s progress and stay on the cause in rendering
my services promptly that commands growth.
  •  As a coach, I believe that everyone has the potential to become successful, working with
the right people and with the proper sense of judgment towards achieving the desired
objective. I believe in stepping out of my comfort zone to understand the issue at hand
while making the client part of the solution to the problem through a participatory
    approach.
  •  As a coach, I believe in consistent follow-up with the client for improvement and change
in approach, if need be, for success. I want my clients to do well; as such, I am in the habit of checking to know if the approach needs to change or if there is a need to redefine the problem. The overall success of my client is my priority.

Coaching vision

I coach to bring out the best in people, one person at a time. I coach them to achieve their
ultimate potential, believing there is something good in everyone. Through my coaching,
individuals will perform their best to become better teachers, community builders, and
community pacesetters to make the world a better place.

Coaching Manifesto

  1.  There is treasure in everyone.
People are different and unique in their composition. They may appear insignificant, but I
know it is suitable for everyone. Appearance doesn’t turn me off, nor do I prejudice people
and write them off without spending adequate time with them. With the nature of my job, I
cannot be partial or judgmental. Everyone has equal opportunities to become their best as
    God’s creation.
  2.  Leave a positive impact.
I derive so much joy from seeing people grow. Growth is not overnight or a quick fix; it
takes time and goes through a process. Everyone is also on different pages, so I deal with
each person individually and help them grow. That propels me daily to meet those on my
schedule and give my all to what I do.
  3. Create a relationship and work in partnership
I know that working with people you do not know is difficult. In that regard, I make it a
priority to establish trust and, therefore, a relationship. People rarely open to strangers but
will talk when they feel comfortable. It is my responsibility to put everyone I am meeting at
ease. I must allow them to get to know me and be confident that I am a friend and not a foe.
Working with people is a collaboration involving them and me. I must listen to them
carefully and assure them we will go through whatever it is together.
  4.  Know your place.
It is necessary to understand how far I can go with people. I am not coming to do the work
for them; instead, I am coming to help them unlock doors with keys they never knew were in
their hands. I will only coach someone who wants to coach. It is essential to establish that
from the very beginning. The most challenging thing is trying to help someone who doesn’t
want or need it. I will gladly offer my services, but the person must decide to request my
services. You can take the horse to the river but cannot force it to drink water. It is
appropriate for me to know my limits and boundaries.
  5.  Investing to know the people I work with
The premise for growth and success is taking pleasure in understanding people. The coaching
process is not about me but the clients. To better coach them, it is vital to invest in knowing
them. You better work with people you know or understand. It is easier to proceed with their
transformation if you understand their life. Please take into consideration their temperaments,
their culture and upbringing, the financial and social atmosphere, and their challenges,
strengths, and weaknesses. I will be working towards a successful transformation. It is not news to say every aspect of one’s life is connected, so if we can deal with every aspect, we are moving toward tremendous growth and extraordinary results.
  6.  Enjoy every new assignment. I choose to enjoy what I do. Everyone I could work with is a blessing to me. I endeavor to enjoy the experience with them. No two people are the same. I go into each assignment fresh, expecting to have a fantastic time. I unlearn all I had about the previous so that I am not affected by what I got from them, but the knowledge acquired is always valuable. I face everyone with a fresh and blank mind, ready to fill the pages with their experiences and draft a road to success together.
